HIt a New Personal Record!

by Steve Ray on August 5, 2009

Hit a new personal record today by running ten miles! I felt good and just kept on going. It took just under 1 hour 40 minutes — 9:49 minutes per mile. You can see my latest run on EveryTrail here.

If you’d have asked me a year ago if I’d be doing this I’d of told you “NO, are you crazy? Too old, too busy!” But in January my wife Janet and I decided to be healthy and now we’re loving it and the whole family is getting in on the fun.

Here is a short video from today :-)
